PMA company (Penanaman Modal Asing) or PT PMA company (Perseroan Terbatas Penanaman Modal Asing) is a type of business entity in which foreign investors can invest. It is also known as a foreign-owned company in Indonesia.

To establish PMA company, you are required to have a minimum authorized capital of IDR 10 billion that is equivalent to USD 7,000,000. The paid-up amount of capital does not have to be fully in cash. You can show it in the form of pre-incorporation asset purchases in your balance sheet.
